Mr. Nalin Dalal, Whole-Time Director of ANSec, has been associated with the Capital Market for the last 45 years. For over 25 years, he was a partner in the Investment Banking and broking firm M/s. Dhirajlal Maganlal & Sons, renowned in the 1970s for managing issuances from companies like Tata Power, Indian Hotels, Colour Chem Ltd., etc. M/s. D. M. Sons was a firm with more than 100 years standing, having been incorporated in 1875.
Mr. Nikhil P. Shah, Executive Director of ANSEC, makes up the core Management Team of the company.
